Dealer Sports Policies

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Unfortunately, not all of our stores ship Military APO/FPO. However we are working very hard to get all of our manufacturers to ship to our armed forces. We apologize for any inconvenience.

BACKORDER POLICY

When an item is temporarily out of stock, the inventory level will display zero or out of stock on the web site. If you would like to backorder an item, you must call 1.866.424.0770. Out of Stock items can't be purchased online. We will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. There are no charges for back-ordered items until they are shipped. You may cancel an item on backorder at any time.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please do so within twelve hours of making your order. Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to restocking charges of 15%. Shipping charges are not refundable. Most shipments go out the same day or the next day. To cancel an order, Please request it through our Help Desk. You will be contacted via email within twenty-four hours to confirm cancellation.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our Help Desk within seven days of product arrival. Just explain the damage or defect and you will receive return instructions along with an RMA number. We will replace the item or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery time is between two to ten days (normally in three to five days) from the day your order is placed on in stock items depending on where your order is being shipped. If you want your order to arrive before a certain day, please figure two weeks in advance or e-mail us through our Help Desk for an estimated delivery date.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order with MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

PRICING POLICY

Standard pricing:

For merchandise purchased and shipped directly to merchant's shipping address of record.

Drop Ship pricing:

For merchandise purchased and drop shipped to an address other than the merchant's shipping address of record. These orders must be placed by the merchant using their account.

Store Pricing:

Merchandise purchased by consumers through a merchant's on-line store.

Volume discounts only apply to Standard pricing:

If an accounts purchases go over:

  1. $5,000 in a calendar year, a .5% rebate is awarded that can be used towards more merchandise.
  2. $10,000 in a calendar year, a 1% rebate is awarded that can be used towards more merchandise.
  3. $25,000 in a calendar year, a 2% rebate is awarded that can be used towards more merchandise.

These rebates may be used towards the purchase of merchandise only. Please note, this is not a cash rebate.

PRIVACY POLICY

Dealer Sports respects your privacy and we take it extremely seriously. We take pride in being honest, fair and courteous to every customer. Therefore, we do not sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers. Information that you provide to us will only be used to serve your shopping experience. We follow this policy because we believe that it is right.

RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for the return of goods must be received within thirty days of the invoice (except defects). Go to the Help Desk to request an RMA. Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period. Closeouts and any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All decisions of manufacturers prevail.

SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY

When you use your credit card to shop at DealerSports.com, the transaction is completely safe. This web site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, the universal standard on the web for authenticating web sites to web browser users and for encrypting communications between browser users and web servers. An encrypted SSL connection protects private information from interception over the Internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This technology safeguards your personal information and ensures your complete privacy.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders at Dealer Sports are processed Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. (EST). As long as we receive your order within our processing time and the items that you order are in stock, your order will be shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Regular ground shipping takes from two to ten business days depending on your location (within the continental U.S.). Currently, we are not shipping international orders.

Note: If you purchase from multiple stores you will receive multiple shipping charges.

Note: If you purchase a large item it may be shipped via truck. We will contact you with actual charges before shipping to you or the shipping charge will show up on the invoice.

ESTIMATED GROUND SHIPPING RATES

UPS

Dealer Sports shipping prices are calculated using the UPS database. We estimate your shipping using your ZIP code as the destination and our warehouse ZIP code as the origination.

While this estimate is close, there may be variations in the cost based upon how we box the product as well as actual product weight.
